Аннотация: 
We describe the procedure of the design of the primary and secondary transducers of the precision pressure sensor with pneumo-mechanical resonator. The main calculated relations for the design is presented. The pressure sensor is characterig by a design uncom-plexity and high technological efficiency. A high manufacturability and the possibilities for precision pressure measurements of the device are showed on the basis of numerical estimates.
