Застосування даних наземних полігонних спектрометричних вимірювань для калібрування даних ДЗЗ в задачах оцінки гідролого-гідрогеологічної безпеки

Аннотация: 
Запропоновано теоретико-методичні засади інтеркалібрування даних супутникових та польових досліджень спектральних властивостей земних покривів у задачах оцінки водного балансу та гідролого-гідрогеологічної безпеки територій. На основі аналізу даних вимірювань польового спектрорадіометра FieldSpec®3 FR визначено статистичні закономірності просторово-часового розподілу характеристик спектрального відбиття за спектральними індексами, що використовуються для вирішення задачі. Запропоновано форму оптимального алгоритму розрахунку спектральних індексів на основі кореляційного аналізу, а також загальний вигляд калібрувальних закономірностей для подальшої завірки даних супутникових спостережень
