Моделирование взаимодействий бактерий с растениями для полетных экспериментов

Аннотация: 
Выращивание растений в космических восстановительных оранжереях актуально для поддержки систем жизнеобеспечения космонавтов в длительных полетах. Однако известно, что космические факторы влияют на экспрессию генов, регулируемых системами, чувствительными к этим факторам. На борту космических аппаратов риск генетических перестроек повышается, поэтому следует ожидать некоторых изменений в ДНК. Как следствие, бактерии могут проявлять новые свойства, например фитопатогенность. Из предыдущего опыта мы знаем, что бактерии усиливают внутреннюю колонизацию корней риса во время космического полета. Для понимания этих данных, а также предсказания повышенной агрессивности бактерий по отношению к растению-хозяина необходимо на моделях изучать молекулярно-генетические взаимодействия растения с бактериями, которые происходят под влиянием физических факторов. Гены, кодирующие бактериальные пектиназы, является удобной моделью для решения взаимосвязанных задач по взаимодействий растения с бактериями.
