Анотація: 
Рассмотрен ряд междисциплинарных проблем совместного использования спутниковых и наземных данных в задачах мониторинга целей устойчивого развития Украины. Эти проблемы рассматриваются в контексте присоединения Украины к Всемирной стратегии устойчивого развития и разработки соответствующей методологии. Анализ действующих нормативно-правовых документов показал, что они лишь частично соответствуют идеологии «Повестка дня-2030», причем наблюдается тенденция избегания индикаторов или других показателей, предусматривающих количественное оценивание, в частности с помощью дистанционных данных. Определен перечень национальный целей, задач и индикаторов, которые могут поддерживаться данными космических наблюдений, рассмотрен ряд методических вопросов гармоничного вхождения разрабатываемой украинской подсистемы в международные системы мониторинга целей устойчивого развития.
