Анотація: 
Розглядаються технологічні засади виробництва плоских твердооксидних паливних комірок з несучим анодом на базі оксиду цирконію з добавками оксиду скандію, що має підвищену електропровідність. Наведено результати дослідження мікророзтріскування цього електроліту, напиленого електроннопроменевим способом. Актуальність таких досліджень полягає в тому, що механічна цілісність електроліту є передумовою надійності твердооксидних паливних комірок і використання їх у космічних апаратах. Розглянуто також механізми деградації компонентів паливної комірки шляхом послаблення міжзерених границь через сегрегацію домішок під час експлуатації.
