Космічна геоекономіка: навігація стратегічними горизонтами та виклики розвитку космічної галузі Південної Кореї

Анотація: Завдяки своїй відкритості і стратегічній цінності космос став ключовим напрямком геоекономічної конкуренції між державними суб'єктами. Геоекономічна стратегія, необхідна для досягнень у космічній сфері, ініціюється за допомогою програм та змагань у космічній галузі. У цій статті подано аналітичний погляд на космічну геоекономічну стратегію, що пояснює тісний взаємозв'язок геоекономіки та космічного розвитку. На прикладі еволюції космічної програми Південної Кореї вивчаються формулювання космічної геоекономічної стратегії, її рушійні чинники та проблеми. У статті висвітлюються досягнення Південної Кореї в галузі космічних технологій та аналізується провідна роль уряду у сприянні співпраці з приватними організаціями у галузі інтеграції технологій, їх передачі та визначення політичних пріоритетів. У той же час, у міру того, як Південна Корея зміцнює свої позиції у глобальній космічній програмі через міжнародне співробітництво, посилення конкуренції між США та Китаєм ускладнює її стратегічну ситуацію. У статті наголошується на необхідності витримування тонкого балансу для лавірування в економічних відносинах та вирішення складних завдань у космічній геоекономічній стратегії.
