Quantitative characteristics of diurnal and seasonal variations of the main ionospheric plasma parameters for fourth geophysical periods (winter and summer solstices, vernal and autumnal equinoxes) in the height range from 210 to 1050 km during rise solar activity period (1997–1998) are obtained. Computer simulation of variations of a set of dynamic process parameters in the ionosphere is performed. Region features in the main geospace plasma parameters distribution are revealed or confirmed.
