Abstract: An algorithm is developed to calculate the ionosphere parameters STES and VTEC for a network of chosen permanent stations. The algorithm is elaborated on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the ionosphere impact on measurement results with the use of global navigation systems and an analysis of traditional methods for consideration of the ionosphere influence
