Abstract: 
We discuss some problems arising in the creation of a highly- efficient open multilevel onboard system for gathering, transmission, preprocessing, and representation of information. The system allows its scaling and extension. It will be able to obtain information from certain blocks and systems of the flying space station (FSS), convey it to different scientific experiments carried out on the station, respond timely to any feasible onboard emergencies and accidents for analysis and decision making.
