Technology transfer as a tool for the intellectual property commercialization by developers of high-tech innovations

Abstract: 
The article discusses the commercialization issues of the intangible component of research and development results using the technology transfer mechanism. The aim of the technology transfer application is to improve the strategy of approach to the intellectual property for the enterprise that develops high-tech innovations. The possibilities for technology transfer are considered in relation to the specifics of the space industry in Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience. Practical aspects of several contracts for the transfer of space technologies are analyzed and possible options for technology transfer, including the transfer of intellectual property rights, are proposed.
