Abstract: 
An efficiency evaluation procedure for remole sensing space systems using the hierarchy analysis method is substantiated. The possibility to choose a perspective variant of a space system for solution of remote sensing problems is shown by a comparison of one-spacecraft space systems with small spacecraft constellations
