Abstract: Different reaction wheel installation schemes of the spacecraft attitude control system are considered. The influence of the reaction wheel position errors on the spacecraft attitude control accuracy is investigated. The relations which allow one to evaluate the influence of these errors on the accuracy characteristic of the attitude control system are derived. Our results of numerical evaluations for possible operational cases of the reaction wheel installation schemes under consideration are presented.
