Abstract: 
Some information on the present state of the preparation for the «Penta–Fatigue» space experiment to be carried out aboard the Russian Segment of the ISS is given. We consider the results of laboratory screening-testing with a technological prototype of the cyclic loading module, which is included into the set of onboard science-purpose apparatus-facilities, as well as the results of investigation of the influence of non-radiation factors of outer space environment on cyclic operational lifetime of the selected material, strain-hardened alloy AMg6 (Al-6%Mg). The results are derived with the use of the special simulation stand-rig.
