Abstract: We consider the prospects for orbiting the modern satellites into an Earth orbit by the airborne-space system, which is possible to be built on the basis of rocket developments in the former USSR. We describe constructional principle of the airborne-space plane on the basis of modules and general constructional peculiaities of the system, development of which is being carried out in the initiative order. The economic criterion of the airborne-space system operation is determined.
