The development of structural purpose model of space activity as information analytical toolkit for the substantiation of strategic planning is carried out- The multilevel hierarchical system of the purposes of space actiuty is formed in view of priorities of state policy. The branch purposes and purposes of the lower levels of hierarchy arc under construction by a method of system decomposition.
