Structure and properties modification of Fe-Nd-B films at isothermal delay

It is carried out the experimental examinations of the influence of chemical composition, conditions of an ion-plasma sputtering and subsequent heat treatment on a phase composition of Fe-Nd-B films. There were defined the temperature intervals of stability of a phase composition of films. It is revealed, that during a structural relaxation the electro resistance and size of region of coherent scattering vary on a curve with saturation. There was evaluated the magnitude of activation energy of a structural relaxation process. There were determining the compositions of films with a high magnetic properties.
