Abstract: 
The made steps in Russia on development of the biotechnical emulator of heat exchange of system «the person – clothes – an environment» have allowed to create new methods of researches and to receive is warm – physical characteristics of some heaters of the Russian and foreign manufacture, to define ways of the further researches of intensity of heat exchange at natural ventilation of space under clothes. Researches in the given direction allow developing new competitive high technologies of manufacture and a design of special clothes for needs: aerospace, Arctic, Antarctic, etc.
