Abstract: Originating physiological activity of a polyvinylpyrolidone as a polymer of medical assigning, which is used for an aftertreatment of the man working in extreme conditions, is reviewed. The spectrophotometry technique of determination of a molecular mass of a polyvinylpyrolidone as parameter to use of polymer in medicinal preparations is offered.
