Abstract:
It is shown that a resonant eigenmode with the frequency ωБ-В =(у-1)1/2g/c,  and longitudinal wavelength  λ = 2πcsБ-В  exists in the Earth’s thermosphere.
Keywords: frequency, resonant mode, thermosphere
