Abstract: The materials of Ukrainian radio-navigation plan (RNP) development are presented. RNP aims and tasks, the frame of its construction, users demands to RNP are listed. The planning and prospects of development and improvement of the radio-navigation systems using the resolutions and recommendations of international organizations, defined and regulated the use of the navigation systems are considered.
