Abstract: We discuss the structure of the onboard system for data acquisition, preliminary processing and registration of scientific information in the CORONAS-PHOTON project. Structure features of a satellite allows one to use, during realization of experiment, both means of scientific equipment complex and resources of the service equipment of the satellite, namely, onboard systems of control and telemetry which operate in common complex with scientific telemetry system by the 1553b channel. It allows one to organize flexible circuits of control of the scientific equipment, to include in a common and uniform information stream not only the information from the scientific equipment, but also from service systems of the satellite, to reduce the number of information data links to the Earth.
