New photochemistry-electrostatic model of seismoionospheric coupling and variations of near-ground quasistatic electric field before earthquakes

Quasistatic electric field and ionospheric parameters are determined in the system «lithosphere-atmosphere-ionosphere» (LAI). This model explains the observed variations of near-ground electric field before strong earthquakes.
