Abstract: 
Investigation of LRE reliability during its design and designer mining plays a significant part in security of rocket reliability. A necessary minimum level of LRE reliability can be defined as a result of an estimation and minimization of general costs on its creation and application, that is of the program fulfilment as a whole.
