A method of estimation of a constant component disturbing moment in a pitch channel using a variation of rotation speed of the pitch momentum wheel is offered. A set of reliability criteria for rejection of uncertain telemetry measurements is used. The method was approved and realized by Mission control centre of «Ocean-O» satellite.
