Aluminium alloys for ukrainian aerospace industry: prospects and reality

Abstract: 
One of the main reasons of crisis in the machine-building industry is an investments scarcity in high technologies industrial applications. The investments are able to recreate a destroyed system of closed technological cycles. The plan of the application of new technologies has been proposed: state bodies (Fund of State Property and/or Ministry of Industrial Politics) invest into an application and implementation of model stage of a project. This provides state control and participation over the whole project which can be further implemented at the expense of returns and commercial investments. This plan adaptation is illustrated by the project "The production of the water-dispersed powders of aluminium alloys and products on their base".
