Abstract:
We consider the state of works on preparation and realization of «Penta – Fatigue», one of high-priority joint Ukrainian-Russian space experiments on the Russian Segment of the ISS. The experiment is aimed at the investigation of influence of the real space factors on fracture fatigue resistance of structure materials of SV and at the comparison of the investigation results with results of influence of factors simulated in ground laboratory conditions.
Keywords: cyclic durability of materials, real space flight conditions, se «Penta-Fatigue»
